What data we process

When you use the contact form or write to us, we process the data you provide: name, email address, phone number, the content of your message and any documents you attach.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this data only to answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you place an order, to carry it out (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps prior to entering into a contract). Documents may contain sensitive data; we process them solely for the requested service.

Recipients

Your message is delivered through our email provider (Google Workspace). Where needed to perform an order, documents are shared with translators, notaries, couriers or authorities bound by confidentiality.

Retention

Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted after 12 months at the latest. Order data is kept as long as required by accounting and tax law.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics. Fonts are served from our own server.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, to data portability and to object. You can also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg). To exercise your rights, write to info@abc-office.eu.
